The Contest is open to anyone who resides in Asia Pacific (Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Nepal, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam), except where prohibited or restricted by law. All Entrants who are considered a minor in their place of residence must have his/her parent's or legal guardian's permission to enter this Contest. Microsoft reserves the right to verify an individual's eligibility to participate in this Contest.
You are NOT a resident of North Korea; U.S. export regulations prohibit the export of goods and services to North Korea. Therefore, residents of this country/region are not eligible to participate.
You are not an employee or intern of Microsoft Corporation, or an employee of a Microsoft subsidiary; and you are not involved in any part of the execution or administration of this Contest; and you are not an immediate family member of (parent, sibling, spouse or child) or household member of a Microsoft employee, an employee of a Microsoft subsidiary, or a person involved in any part of the administration and execution of this Contest. All other companies associated with this Contest or who are involved in judging, are not eligible to enter or otherwise participate in this Contest.
If you are a Microsoft campus representative (for example, a Microsoft Student Partner) and you meet the eligibility criteria set forth above, you may enter the Contest, but you are prohibited from using Microsoft property or resources, including without limitation; Microsoft networks, hardware tools and technology resources and/or the counsel of Microsoft employees, in connection with the submission of your entry. Photo Guidelines:Photo must be of entrant and must be in .jpg, .gif or .png format;
Photo must be no larger than 1MB in size;
Photo must have been taken within previous 3 months;
Photo cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind;
Photo must not include trademarks, copyrighted materials or any images not owned by Entrant without written permission, which must be provided upon request.
Language: Submissions may be submitted in any language.
All eligible entries received during the submission period will be screened to make certain they have followed all contest requirements. The ten (10) entries with the most number of likes on Instagram will go into a judging panel which consists of a panel of representatives from Microsoft in order to determine three (3) grand prize winners.
You may submit multiple entries, but only one entry can make it to the top 10.
Ten (10) finalists will each receive:

A limited edition #WeSpeakCode t-shirt
A limited edition #WeSpeakCode sweatband
The three (3) Grand Prize Contest Winners will receive:
A Nokia Windows Phone – Nokia Lumia 1020 (color may vary)
The Grand Prize Winners’ entries will be posted on the Contest Site and/or websites for Microsoft Asia Pacific Citizenship blog.
All winners will be announced on 27/5/2014, through the Contest Site and/or websites for Microsoft Asia Pacific Citizenship blog.

Once your entry is tagged to our hashtags, it will appear on our #WeSpeakCode Instagram News Feed. No other personal information will be collected. Winners will be contacted through direct messaging in Instagram to collect mailing details for prizes. This information will not be stored/reused once the prizes have been sent out.
